Formed in 1977, O’Neil & Manion Architects P.A. was an innovative team of experienced architects, who brought diverse skills and experience to their projects. The firms goal was to serve their clients. They fashioned themselves as collaborative problem solvers and project team leaders. Over their forty years, they eagerly adopted evolving technology. They were very early adopters of Computer 3D modeling and BIM (Building Information Modeling). Their project experience ranged from custom and embassy residences to larger scale hospitality projects and research laboratory facilities.
O’Neil & Manion established long-term relationships with a broad range of consultants and specialists. For each project, they assembled an appropriate team. They began their creative efforts by carefully listening, and researching with their clients and project team to fully understand the proposed projects. Collaboratively, they developed detailed design programs where they defined realistic goals, budgets and schedules that needed to be achieved for a successful project. The mutually established objectives allowed them to efficiently direct the work for projects both large and small. Their services ranged from strategy, planning and interiors to complete design services including construction administration.
With a grounding in real estate finance and development, they understood that design can create value. They strove to create designs that solved their clients needs and created value.
