Renovation and Major Addition 

The goal of this project was to remodel the existing center hall colonial residence, and add a new modern kitchen, breakfast room, study, and a light filled family room with views to the rear yard and patio. A stair was provided to the attic, and a bedroom, playroom added.

3. •A Stair Was Built To The Existing Attic And It Was Opened Up and Finished
   

4. •Mechanical and Electrical Systems Were Upgraded.
